I would not rent from these people in Boone. I would steer clear. The management our some the rudest people I have met. The property I stayed in was infested with mice and bugs. Had maggots falling from the ceiling onto my stove and kitchen counter. Not just one but several hundred. Mice are everywhere. I hear them every night running across the ceiling. They do nothing to fix the issue. Not one time did they contact a exterminator. They did stick rat/mice poison above the ceiling panels which I'm assuming the maggots our coming from the hundreds of dead stinky mice above. In just 2 days I killed over 100+ large flies. Totally disgusting. I kept my place spotless but it didn't help keep the bugs and mice away.

I SPOKE WITH THE RENTAL AGENT FOR THE BOONE IOWA AREA AND SHE WAS SOOO HELPFUL IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT HELPING US FIND HOUSING FOR OUR DAUGHTER WHO IS ON DISABILITY...... IT IS NICE TO FIND PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!!
