Extra Space Storage

Donna, property mgr, was so incredibly helpful. Unlike other storage facilities in the area, they catered to my military family. The facility is very clean and they had THE LOWEST prices by a landslide!! I would recommend Storage Now again and again. The customer service was beyond amazing. SO HAPPY we chose this place.

The application process was quite easy at the outset of my storage rental time, especially using automatic-payment.

The issue I had with this facility is that they continued to withdraw the monthly payment from my checking account, after I moved out.

When I contacted them via; email, phone and in person at the facility.....They acted as if it were the first time that I mentioned it to them.

I still have not received the (2) months rent over charge that is due to me.

If you choose this facility, I would not sign up for the automatic withdraw!

I stored by stuff after I sold my 5 bedroom home here in bordentown. I was very impressed with the staff where they went over and beyond what was required. They will match any price in the area. If you are looking for self storage...give a call.

I would highly recommend this Storage Today. This family owned facility had such great customer service and great pricing and I just had to tell people about it. My experience was great!! If you are looking for self storage, this is the only place you want to go to. Thanks, Jenny
