        Overall
        They suck at diagnosis. better tell them what parts to replace or they will be lost.

        I took my car into Quality? Foreign Auto for a diagnosis and they had my car for a week and were not able to tell me what was wrong with it. They did not charge me but, QFA bad mouthed the competition. I was surprised at how vehemently sure he was of the crookedness of the place i was taking it to and how they could not fix it. Being the place was further down the street, It surprised me that they were more upset at me going than not making money. As if now all would know that they could not find my problem. Stop advertising how qualified you are and not figure out problems and waste peoples time. You did not pay for my time. So in essence you did charge me, hence me being upset . My father used to come here for repairs but it is his and my opinion that this place has gone down the to*let and they charge too much money for their incompetent mechanics.

        We appreciate all reviews, but in this case you leave us no clues to your identity so that we may attempt to rectify the situation you experienced. You also state that we charge too much, yet also admit that we didn't charge you even after having your vehicle for a week. You have posted on several different search engines under different pseudonyms slamming our business leaving us no way to defend ourselves. Please respond so that we can compensate you for any wrong you feel we have committed.
