Lookout Renovation Company

Review:
This company did not start the job on time. This company did a very poor job on parts of the remodel. This company would not negotiate price for poor work. This company offered to fix the poor work but we refused because they wanted to tear out all the drywall and that would have doubled our inconvenience, which they were banking on, therefore we still have poorly remodeled bedroom.

Pros:
They have good ideas, and they work hard to minimize damage to rest of house. They will respond if you are not happy, they will take pictures, they will offer to fix, but bank heavily on the fact that you don't want any more mess and you are so fed up that you want them to go away and never come back.


Cons:
Don't start on time, no quality control on work done, don't come back to fix when they promise.

Brian, Jody, Randall and Monty worked well together to do our floors, all new kitchen cabinets, carpet on stairs, six new appliances integrated into our place and new lighting throughout. The work was timely and communication was great!

Lookout is right! I have been waiting almost 6 weeks for an estimate from the owner, Brian. After inquiry at week four he told me my estimate had fallen through the cracks and assured me I would receive one within a week-still nothing. This company does not seem to need any work and I would not waste my time contacting them.

Brian and his team provided an aggressive quote on a deck project of mine and were able to complete the work in less than a day. The work required was extensive and added many years of longevity to the deck, which will result in decreased maintenance costs and decreased potential damage to the structure itself. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and promoted repairs and solutions that would be permanent in nature. I’m very happy with their quality of work and would recommend them for future projects.

The plumber was nice and the guy on the phone was nice, but the plumber didn't take off his boots when he came into the house and tracked mud up and down the stairs. It took 2 hours to scrub clean, and the $20 discount didn't nearly cut it.

Interviewed and received quotes from 3 contractors to remodel our bathroom. Decided on Lookout Renovation based on references and viewing photos of previous projects. Great job portfolio. They have a showroom with up to date options displayed plus access to several mfg catalogs for additional options. Did project on time and our bathroom turn out just as we thought. Brian, the owner, is available and ensured our satisfaction. Highly recommend.
