My experience with this company was quite disappointing. After installing my home surveillance system, I called to inquire about the blurriness in a video playback. I asked him if he could assist me by either coming back to check this out. The video was very clear while viewing on a monitor, but playback was very blurry. The individual was less than 20 feet from the camera. He responded, via text, that it wasn't like I purchased a $1000 system (mine was a little over $500, not including installation) & that the system I purchased was very good. All I wanted to resolve was this: why is the playback blurry as hell, but what I see on the monitor is quite clear. Mr. Tamon told me that this was the holiday season; he was busy; and did not have time. I proceeded to communicate to him that he has VERY poor customer service skills. He made his sale, got paid, and basically said I can't be bothered. I will NEVER utilize him again. The way you get and keep customers & referrals, is not only doing quality work, but also extending good customer service afterwards.

Please do not use this individual for ANY work. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I contact this company for a Residential CCTV Installation. Martin was very unprofessional throughout this ordeal. I requested a quote for 4 and 5 camera systems installed, initially he quoted $120/camera, and then informed me that this was just the installation fee, there would be more charges for any equipment. Then he said he would do it for $100/camera and I again requested a total quote. He informed me he would email me a quote and set up a date and time to come view the property. He never emailed me the quote, and then called the next day saying he was coming over. When I asked him for the quote and system specs he said he had everything in his head, I asked him to email me the quote as stated before, and he said he would and call me when I have it. He called me about thirty minutes later (10 minutes before his scheduled appointment time) and sent me a $584.00 quote, and then told me over the phone there would be an additional $110/camera. When I said he quoted me a different price yesterday he hung up on me. I called him back to have my call rejected and sent to voicemail.



He was very unprofessional and you should not go to him!
