The Living Room

This is really a mixed review, as I have enjoyed many meals there in a very aesthetic atmosphere. The menu is one of the most diverse ones I have ever seen. The presentation is remarkable and everything is delicious. Intimate music venue, unfortunately the acoustics are awful and it can be very noisy. Now the bad news. The bar is most unprofessional. We took our dinner at the bar this time, and watching the unprofessional bartenders was painful. First they slopped the shots into the glasses so carelessly, at least a third of the customers liquor was spilled down the side of the glass and onto the counter. One bartender mixed two cocktails at the same time, filling the first glass right, but only having less than a half of glass left for the second. She then proceeded to add ice to bring it up to the serving level. Another one actually tasted the drink she was mixing. Having worked many years in cocktails, I was amazed at how messy the bar itself was, the liquor was placed haphazardly, no order, with mix and other odd assortments of things mixed in. Rags, receipts and other garbage on the counter with the liquor. Probably of no significance, and it doesn't take the pleasure of the food away, it just looked bad and as I said unprofessional. I will always return for the food, but will stick with wine or beer if I want what I am paying for. They wasted more liquor than I as an owner would tolerate. They need a professional bartender or at least some training. Pretty just doesn't always get it.

if I could give this place 0 stars I would they were rude the food is microwaved and they made us sit in the most uncomfortable table even though there were only 2 other people in the restaurant - and the reservations for the other tables were at least 1 hour out and we were gone in35 minutes NEVER to return - eat freaking elsewhere they ARE TERRIBLE
