Florida Bound Motel

What is this place? They don't even have an office or business phone or lobby or vending machines. No housekeeping either. They have no way to process credit/debit cards, and write out a receipt by hand? It's almost 2018. Cash only and they charge a steep deposit. They also told me utilities are included and my MOVE out date/RENT due date is a week from my MOVE in date. I thought this was a motel? Sounds like a scam operation trying to get around the landlord and tenant laws!
