We use, the Von Schrader LMX Air Cell Dry Extraction System along with the HOST Liberator for Tile and Grout Cleaning both applies low moisture cleaning solution with an exclusive full bristle brush, gently loosening soil. The emulsified soil is immediately extracted with a built-in vacuum; all in one forward pass, by one person. Not only are carpets deep-cleaned faster, they dry faster than with most other systems.In fact, the carpet is normally dry within one hour or less after cleaning. A lot of water is used during what they call Steam Cleaning, in fact it's not really steam that is being used after all if it was steam it would melt the carpet fibers since most fibers are made from plastic leaving the carpet very wet and thus damaging it in the long term and may also contribute to the growth of mold spores. Our system leaves it much dryer and does not allow water to get to the pad unlike other systems that drench your carpet and and hope to extract most of the water.
