Overall

I was referred here from my vet and was very disappointed! Took my Silky Terrier in for a cut and bath! And when I picked her up the only thing that was trimmed was her nails and her private area. They put a bow in her hair which was completely a matted mess. So I had to cut the bow off leaving a very bad look for my baby! My puppy looks terrible, I've had to wait until all her shots were done to get her trimmed nearly and that's what I did. But now it looks as if she hasn't ever been to the groomers. I hate that I even wasted my money and my time going here. I will never visit this place again. I hope I find find another reputable groomer soon! By the way I normally don't write reviews but this is just such a bad establishment I had to voice my opinion and terrible experience I endured!

the horrible way to own a shop

I set an appointment to get my dog groomed I recently moved back to town 3 months ago I was told to bring my dog here by family. I received a call about an hour and a half before my scheduled time but didn't get the message until 10mins before the scheduled timeIt stated to come at anytime, I did call the owner back an hour before the time without checking the message however I did not receive a call back from the owner. I arrived at the place of business about 10mins before the appt because it would have been our first time at this groomer. As we walked up to the door we noticed a closed sign on the door with the "will return at" clock showing 3. I again called the owner she still did not answer or call back at that time I checked the message thinking maybe she had an emergency but I was wrong again the owners message said to come in "at any time", I told my hubby "maybe she went to lunch or the store to get supplies" it was 2:30 so we decided to wait until 3 if the owner didn't show up or call by then that we would leave. why we were sitting there waiting the 30 minutes I tried calling the owner a few more times still no answer I even sent a text because the business phone is also a cell phone still no answer call back oror reply to the text. As it got close to 3 I decided to write a note. As I went to sign the note a woman walked up I asked are you Ar**** (I won't say name of owner) she said no I am her friend then the woman said she left a while ago with a friend I said oh I had an appt with her at 2:30, the woman said I am on the phone with her, she told the owner that I had an appt the owners response was "well you are late" I said no it was at 2:30 I called at around 1:30 like I was told the day I set the appt to make sure the owner wasn't running late due to the appt she had before mine and there was no answer so I left a message with no call back I was here at 22:20 and called again why would I show up to the appt late then sit in the car and wait more than 30mins for the owner to get here or call me back and let me know what was going on. Then the lady said and I quote "I think she had an emergency" (you think... You said she left with a friend then the owner said I was late and now while you are on the phone with the owner you are telling me you THINK the owner had an emergency!!! Are you two complete morons?¿?¿?



This is no way to even attempt to run a business. I did tell the owners friend to let the owner know she has lost customers and will loose more after this fiasco. I was patient and gave this owner a chance. I mean seriously... I even waited in my car for over 30mins that's how understanding I am. I realize things happen and nobody wants to work on a Saturday but this was ridiculous. A return phone call to my 1:30 (an hour before NY appt) message would have saved everyone a huge frustration.



If you have time to sit around and wait for the owner to make the decision of weather or not to keep her appts and no life of your own what so ever and an owner of a business who doesn't consider the schedule of current or potential new clients then please call the owner of this business, she will answer to set an appt for you. And when you call ahead to confirm your appt and she answers or calls back YouTube a better chance of getting your pet groomed than I did



I would not recommend this groomer to anyone and fell what she did to myself and my 10 year old Daughters puppy is very disrespectful. And good luck to those of you who dispute my story still use this groomer.

Love it. My dogs have been going there for 12 years. I don't trust anywhere else. Two thumbs up.
