Lance and his team are very professional and personable. Lance and his team are very patient and will work within your budget. I recently had a ring changed that Lance had done 15 years ago; Lance had done an amazing job with it, it actually brought tears to my eyes. We can't say enough about what an amazing jeweler Lance is.
