D & M Septic Tanks

I have used this company three times so far. EVERY time they have been excellent! Always answer the phone, always show up on time, and pricing is on par with all the other companies out there. There communication is very good and their knowledge of septic systems is vast. I wish I could give them more stars!

New to the area and needed an inspection prior to getting power turned on, they told me I needed to replace the old pump with a new model, and charged me $1500 for the new pump.

I was suspicious about the price when i overheard them talking to the dealer about "squaring up on their account on this transaction" Turns out, it was the exact same pump I had before, and only retails for about $400. Should have done my research I guess, but these guys are slime.

Not only did this company charge a 107% mark up on materials, exaggerated the # of feet of pipe that was put in, doubled the estimate, did not complete the work, but has refused to show up for the 1 year maintainable plan.On top of that they demanded I pay in full the one day they showed up or they were going to withhold the inspection application. They charged for a pump out but I never saw any pump truck. I found out later that the same sort of things were done to my neighbor. Do NOT hire these people!!! Pass the word.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Set up a service call TWO weeks ago for someone to come out and check on the POS septic tank they installed. I call every day and the lady who answers the phone tells me that someone will be out today....and of course no one ever shows up. Very frustrating that I have to deal with these people because of home warranty. I would Never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible. They either don't answer the phone or say they are going to call back and never do. When I finally got an appointment set, they canceled on me 2 days in a row with different excuses. At least the first time he called to let me know he wasn't coming. The second time I had to call him to find out he wasn't going to show up. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
