        After 3 visits to my home for my GE Profile, my oven is still not working. Kim, the repair man is very nice and has tried to fix it to no avail. I called this morning, again. I spoke with the owner, again. He is less than cordial and is terribly insulting. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Even though they give you a warranty on the first service call it is not honored. I will never call them again for any type of service. I don't know how he's even in business. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! HORRIBLE OWNER!!!

        After 3 service visits to my house my dishwasher is now much worse off than it was before I ever called discount appliance repair!! The repairman was incompetent and the owner is even worse. I called after the third visit to tell them that not only was my dishwasher still leaking badly but now my door was broken and the owner (at least he said he was on the phone) started screaming at me! He wouldn't let me get a word in from the beginning of the conversation. After I asked him to stop yelling at me he said he would send someone out (for the 4th time) free of charge. Are you kidding me?!



        I asked for a refund and he said "no way!". How do run a business this way!? Stay far away from these people!!!
