Coachlite Skate Center

This place is horrible. Took my daughter there for her 6th birthday and she had 14 friends come. They had a lot of fun but the music was for people that are lets say at least 18 and only for rap lovers. The service was the worst I have dealt with ever. My sister came with her 7 month old baby. Had her baby cup on the table and a spider crawled onto it. They didn't even offer up an APOLOGY. I was disgusted. One of the kids spilled a drink on the table and they gave me a towel to clean it didn't offer to help with that either. Towards the end of the party while she was opening gifts a lady came up to me to tell me how much my bill was and said she would meet me by the counter to pay in a little bit. Not even a minute later another lady came up and told me how much my bill was and to pay right then. They couldn't wait while I was trying to help my child with her presents??? We still had 20 minutes left of the party!! Also had to yell to communicate with anyone over the loud annoying music. Don't ever go here!! You will regret it! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I didn't have to to rate it!

If you are looking for a goodtime with your friends and or family. this is not the place. The music is up so loud throughout the entire building that you spennd all night yelling at each other. The volume isn't the only problem. The quality is poor too. But not If all you like is crunk and rap. The food was terrible except the cotton candy. They have their own cotton candy making machine. That's the only good thing about the place.

This place should be shut down. Cash Only! Who does cash only anymore. Maybe the Mob. Oh, yeah they're still haning around. Anyway. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. It's old, smells bad and everyone that works there is probably gonna end up on a ventilator at some point in their life. Don't take your kids there.

I'm new to the St. Louis Area and I took my kids to Coachlite because it's the closest skating rink to where we live. I saw the original ratings on this website and went there because they had a 5 star rating. I don't know how that's even possible. The rink was fine for skating but the environment was completely inaproppriate for families. I have young children and would never let them listen to the music they played. Recommend stay away.

Do not take your kids there. Even on family night it's full of kids w/sagging pants and no one on the rink acting as a lifeguard. When a little kid falls he or she is on their own. Hoping they don't get rolled over by the oncoming crowd. They have no safeguards in place to prevent injuries and none in the even of a serious injury. Do not recommend this place.

It's a terrible environment. The music on teen and family nights is crunk, hip hop and rap. I fell and cracked my head on the rink and told the people that worked there and they didn't so much as even offer me a glass of water. I won't go back and no one else should go either. Should have known better when I found out the place was cash only.

They claim to be a safe place but it's not when you can't get help after you get injured in front of at least 50 people.
