Isaacs Plumbing installed a brand new boiler system in my home. I was very pleased with the service they provided. The gentlemen that came out were very polite and cleaned up everything after themselves when the job was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for service. I will call them again in the future.

I bought a house where Isaac's had put in the boiler & oil tank (the previous owner left me the paperwork from the installation) about 2 years prior. The oil tank was pitched incorrectly, allowing sludge accumulation. The vent was improperly installed, the oil line was unsleeved & unsafe, the boiler flow checks were BACKWARDS (I have no idea how she suffered through that - she must have had to shut off the emergency switch to keep from roasting in the summer). The wiring was wrong (no priority for domestic H2O, and the piping was the worst job I'd ever seen... I'm in the business and actually took pictures to show my customers (as a "this can happen to you" thing) before I fixed it all. - Before you hire someone, check the BBB & check w/ local inspectors. If my guys did work like this... well, they'd be working for Isaac's :) The work they sold this poor woman looked like a trade school kid's 1st day.

Poor phone skills. Arrogant attitude. Did not want to hire after just talking on a phone. Not sure about work, maybe the best plumber in the world, but turned me off after the first phone call. Good luck getting customers this way.
