        Could possibly be the worst facility in the country. Director of nursing, carol slammer her office door on me today when i complained about my 90 year old moms treatment. They have no systems in place at all. Its a big free for all there. Nurses are not reliable, care of patients is inexcusable. Stay as far away from them as possible
