Papa John's Pizza

Tried ordering a very simple pizza from this restaurant for delivery on Foodler. When it was a half-hour past the time it was supposed to have been delivered, I gave the restaurant a call. They kept trying to tell me my order was never received, despite my credit card having been charged. They told me I had to talk to P.J.'s technical services, whom I called, and they told me they couldn't do anything for me. Had to call the restaurant back again and tell them that I knew they had gotten my order, I have a receipt, and finally they backed down and admitted they had sent the pizza to another customer with their order. Finally told me they would send me my order, but with no compensation for all the crap I went through trying to get one pizza. was over a 3 hour long process. unbelievable.
