        With our partner, SOS Livingston, we are proud to have offered trauma recovery services and addiction treatment to residents of Livingston County since 1995. Brighton Brief Therapy offers the most modern therapeutic services -- CBT-- in the most modern treatment environments: in office, e-therapy, cyber counseling, residential groups, school visits, home visits. If you need consultation or treatment that is private, confidential and TODAY we can offer this. You may use your insurance or our sliding scale or out-of-pocket rates (developed for those who prefer more privacy). VETERANS. Our therapists have received special training from the Veterans Administration to provide trauma recovery services to veterans. We use state-of-the-art recovery modalities for PTSD, anxiety, integration; and provide healing to families. PAIN MANAGEMENT. Our Pain Management Program is integrative and designed to work closely with your physician. SUBSTANCE ABUSE. Our therapists are certified to provide substance abuse treatment. With our partner SOS Livingston, our clinic is licensed by the state to provide substance abuse outpatient services, relapse prevention, 12-Step support and family counseling. Former providers of dual-diagnosis treatment to Livingston County Adult Drug Court. PROBLEM GAMBLING. Our clinic was the first one in Michigan to provide outpatient treatment for problem gambling using Cognitive-Behavioral therapy and family supportive counseling. We have therapists certified by the National Council on Problem Gambling to help you with your problem. GERIATRIC. All of our programs include specialized services for senior citizens. In addition, we offer supportive counseling and consultation to Adult Children Caring for Elderly Relatives. RELATIONSHIPS IN CRISIS. Research shows that by the time couples make it in to Marriage Counseling, it's too late. The time to tackle your relationship issues is at crisis.
