Big Time Service

Big Time came highly recommended to us and it was worth our while to go there. We haven't been to a different mechanic since. Lee is fair, concerned and always gives us a favorable price. He even saved us $800 one time because he found a recall on our car, how many mechanics would do that? We now recommend him to others! Thanks Lee.

Don't waste your money. While the owner tries to do good he is just the same as a used car salesman. Had him do all types or work so my car would pass inspection under the knowledge of " do what it needs so you can pass it" ex; brakes, electrical, exhaust, and basic tune up with oil change - spent nearly $700. He failed it because there was a small crack on my windshield that was out of the viewing area. He knew it was there & he knew I was only having the work done so it would pass. He waited till after he was finished ( and several days of waiting) to tell me this. Then he challenged me to take it anywhere else and if they would pass it hed pay me $40. I took it to Monroe Muffler & they passed - Lee was pissed & re-nigged on the challenge
