Petco

Brought my dog in for grooming services. Got a call that he was done and I could pick him up. When I got there, he was on a table with the "groomer's noose" around his neck and he was panicked. I asked what they were doing and I was told grinding his nails. The groomer Mike was forcing my dog to the point where I felt he was hurting him. I was extremely upset and told him to stop. My dog was upset, I was upset. Mike - nothing at all. Reported this to store manager. Will never take my dog there again. Awful experience. Hate to think what Mike does when we're not around.

Purchased a bag of dry food, got it home, opened it up, and....stuck my hand into massive webs. Ewww! Looked closer and there were all these cocoons in there. Have seen moths flying around the pet food section of the store in the past but didn't think much of it. But they clearly have pantry or grain moths, which will spread like wildfire in your house and are very hard to eradicate. Contacted Petco and they could have cared less, which really surprised me.

We took both of our dogs there for grooming and they were just wonderful. They both came back so happy and clean and were groomed exactly the way we asked them to be.

We buy our dog and cat food and products there because the staff is so knowledgable about what products are best for our pets. Love that store!
