Full Service Car Wash of Brookfield

Please DO NOT use this car wash. Owner Dave has the worst customer service ever. Accused me for my problem and numerous times has blamed me for having an issue.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STRESS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Always friendly and are eager to correct any issues that occasionally pop up. Only place I'll go. Try the managers special. Best wash for the money in town.

The staff is always very friendly and great. Whenever I take my car to them they always make sure it looks better then when it came it. Full Service Car Wash is the only place I take my car.

Just went to Full Service Car Wash in Brookfield and WOW, my car has never looked so clean! When I came it was COVERED with bugs and when I left they were completely gone! The manager, Charles, made sure my car was spotless. Thanks again to all the Full Service Car Wash staff for the great service! I will be coming back in 5 days for my FREE re-wash and will be sure to recomend this place to everybody!

This is the third time I have used Full Service Car Wash. Three years ago I went and they did a terrible job. I could barely see out of my windows. I didn;t realize it until I drove into the sun and did not want to return, so I sent them an e-mail. I never got a response. I then heard they had switched owners so when a Groupon deal came about, I bought two Super detailing Car wash. I used the first one a couple of months ago and again they didn;t clean the front windows. Now mind you I have a two seater so there aren't many windows to clean. We did go right back and they washed the front windows. I had to go again because I already paid for the Groupon. They said super car wash detailing would take about 25 mionutes. I timed them, it took 7 minutes, When I questioned the time, they said that most of the work for that package goes on before it comes out and they say 25 minutes in case it was busy. I watched the whole process and I did not see any detailling going on. . Again, they only cleaned the middle of windows not to the end. I was so disgusted that I didn;t go back. I figure giving them 3 times is enough of a chance. If you want a super, best in the business detailing go to http://www.cmgdetailing.com/index.html. He is of course more expensive, but is the BEST in the business.

The owner Dave Leikam is one of the rudest people I have met. He wouldn't assist me with some specific requests. Don't get your car detailed here. Sloppy job. One of the worst local businesses I dealt with.
