Vici Capilli Salon

Honestly I'm never one to complain - I've never written a bad review before and I don't think I've ever even sent my food back in a restaurant. But I had the WORST experience at Vici Capilli. After explaining in detail exactly what I wanted and showing multiple photos (icy blonde hair), I paid 150 bucks to end up with yellow-y/orangish blonde hair with three inches of dark roots and absolutely no blending - there was a severe straight line between the colors! It seriously looked awful - my family and friends all commented on how terrible it was and I was horrified. I tried to be polite and suck it up, but the next day I called and nicely asked they fix it. When I came back in for my appointment to fix my hair, they gave me someone still in training (even though my original stylist was two levels higher than her) AND made me pay $50.00 to "fix" what they messed up in the first place!!! And the worst part is, that fifty bucks only covered the maybe 7 or 8 foils they did by my part to "blend" (the entire back and bottom of my hair still looks disgusting). Like I said, I'm not a picky person, I've gotten my hair dyed at several salons and always been happy but this was a disaster. I attached a collage (left is what I showed my stylist, right is what I got) so you can see how bad it is. No matter what you do, don't go to Vici.

I went here with my bridal party and family to get out hair done for my wedding day. The hair stylists are ranked based on how much experience they have. I got a girl that was supposed to be really good. She put me in a chair by the wall away from everyone else, so I was enjoying the experience by myself. I brought in pictures of what I wanted done - just to curl my short hair a certain way. She finished it without showing me the back. It wasn't what I wanted at all, and not like the picture at all. There wan't time to fix it, so I just asked her to re-curl the front. She got really irritated and was rude to me the whole time she was fixing it. Needless to say, my hair wasn't how I wanted it, and the whole experience of having a "girls make-up day" was ruined. I was not impressed with the service or style, especially for how much we paid.

Absolutely fantastic! I usually get my hair done at the VICI Capilli Park Salon, but my stylist didn't have an opening, so I decided to visit the Brookfield Salon. Janelle was the stylist wo did my hairand she was great! Cut and styles myhair exactly as I asked. And the price was incredibly inexpensive!!
