Knapp's TV

First time using Knapp's TV for service and Todd and Jeff are awesome!!! The retro fitted my 30 ft antenna Dec 26th and worked great and wanted to SAVE me some $$$$ so we didn't replace the booster but Dec 29th the rain and windy day took out my TV Booster on the antenna I called and they came our New Year Eve day at 4PM and FIXED the antenna with a NEW Booster on the antenna and inside and when I had ZERO channels and when done 36 clear channel from Detroit to Lansing. Who needs Cable $$$$$$$ ... With 53 years of experience and I would call Todd and Jeff in a heart beat to work on my setup. Great Job guys and Thanks.

The tech, Todd, came earlier than expected and unpacked my new TV, took the old one to my basement for me, then hooked up the new one. He did way more than normally would have been done: he added local digital stations for me, adjusted my sound bar timing, and eliminated my need to use more than one remote.I truly appreciated all he did! A good man...

LOVE THIS SHOP THEY DO WONDERFUL WORK, I HAVE GOTTEN TWO TVS FROM HERE AND THEY WORK WONDERFULLY. I BOUGHT A THIRD ONE AND IT WAS ACTING UP, TOOK IT BACK AND HE FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

The technician came to my house and shouted at my wife and got in her face, then yacked on the phone for 10 mins in my living room using highly offensive language. He then called her a murderer because he saw she is studying for a BSN (nursing). I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I had the tech stop working on my TV and leave. Never will I ever return nor will do I ever even want to see his face. Called the owner right away when tech left and three and a half hours later when i spoke to him again he said "sorry", but the CRAZY (tech) was there to stay.
