I don't use their service often but the times I have, they have been consistently reliable. I make sure I repeat the destination more than once and ask the price twice (once to dispatcher and once to driver before I get on the car) to decrease chances of any misunderstandings.

Service is in reliable. Dispatch give his cabs the wrong address and when you call back he tell you that you gave him the wrong address. I literally heard him tell the taxi the wrong address while on the phone and Half of the Time they tell you no taxi available well not call them anymore using a different service
