Absolutely unprofessional !!!!!!! RUDE
all I can say I feel so sorry I did not read the review before. The owner of this agency do not worried about reviews, because most of her customers (unfortunately including my parents ) still believe on what agency has on the advertisement and just simply forgetting to read the reviews first. if you will book the vacation with this company remember that owner of this agency will not hear you and your prostrations , to all your complains she will say …" it is not that bad it could be worse! you have to be happy! " and on the middle of the conversation she will say : -"ok, bye bye ... and will hang up the phone.
So you are planing to make any reservations - please read all review bellow.

I highly recommend New tour for my friends! I had excellent experience for 6 days at Las Vegas-Yosemite-San Francisco! Our tour guide Anvar was great! He knows much about history and explained about places with enthusiasm! Thank you Anvar and New tour for great time! Hope to see you in future tours!!! August 2017.

Информация для тех кто собирается поехать на Ниагару с New tours.Во-первых,дорога туда с 3 остановками 12 часов,выезд в 6 утра с Брайтона и потом большой автобус еле еле собирает всех пр Бруклину,Манхэттану,Квинс и Нью Джерси,с такими сборами покидаем Нью Йорк около 9,то есть и так к долгой дороге плюсуем 3 часа на сборы по 3-6 чел.Приезжаете вы на Ниагару в 6 вечера,пока в отель заселятся все,в 7 часов начинается 20 минутная экскурсия,потом сразу же темнеет (ездили летом) и всё!усталось,темнота и ничего не хочется,особенно представляя,что утром обратно 12 часов плюс вечерний воскресный трафик.Утром в 7 утра подъем,завтрак в гостинице обычный и в 8 на кораблик Maid of the Mist (25 мин).Потом еще часик походить быстро пофотографироваться и всё.в автобусе гид говорит на этом экскурсия закончена и мы с фильмами премся 12 часов,хотя мы еще едем,высаживая всех там где и забрали,поэтому обратное время дороги еще не известно!Вообще провели 2 дня тупо мучаясь в автобусе!

Very unprofessional company. Laying to customers . Don't know now to speak nicely. No many back. Очень не хорошее агенство. Играют на доверие клиента. Хитростью выманивают предоплату, а потом говорят, что нет возврата. На турах меняют маршрут. Многие услуги в маршруте не входят в оплату тура, плохая еда.

Never again! We just come back from Niagara Falls trip with food poison on the way back to NY. They take people to such a horrible chinese buffet with uncooked and non fresh food.

My suggestion based on solid experience: think more than twice before you make any plans for any trip with this agency. (If you don't believe in what I am saying at this moment, you, certainly, will agree with me later after ignoring my advice). The reasons: the personnel, including tour guides, are arrogant, have no basic respect to others, and totally unprofessional. It seems, the owner - or whoever runs this agency – have been hiring people who didn’t find themselves and for this reason had agreed to work for very low money or for not being paid at all. That is one of the reasons why the tour guides literally demand and dictate the tip policy. However, it is not about the “tips policy”. It is about their attitudes while on the trip which they are able successfully to convert into a nightmare. If you still don’t believe me, just take at least 3 days of vacation and get on the bus with them.
