        worst service

        i have experienced the worst service ever in your store today. my mother was yelled by one of your cashier when she tried to get some ketchup after a purchase. the guy is the only cashier wearing black t-shirt today @ 10/11/08 5:30pm. i would like to know how to contact your management to make the complaint. thanks
