Star Caribbean Shipping

With this being the first time of using these carriers to ship a container abroad I cannot thank the staff in the office and in the warehouse for their tireless service and commitment throughout our experience. They went over and above to accommodate us during the period when the country was beginning to shutdown due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Without their collective efforts we not have been able to complete our tasks and get the container out on time.
Whenever I’m back in New York and need a shipper they will be my first port of call.

Waited two days for delivery of a barrel. No apologies, very rude over the phone. Said they would return the call, never did.
Would definitely not recommend.

The call agents show a lack of communication between them and the truck drivers, they are very rude and do not listen to you. I asked the call agent will the delivery guys be able to measure and take the payment on the spot and she said yes. However they came empty handed with no measuring tape and receipt. They kept me waiting all day for they to come back but never returned. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

his place is horrible. They are extremely unprofessional, unorganized and don't know how to deal with customers. The acting manager aka the dead owners wife, YOLANDA WILLIAMS is a BITCH!!! I've never experienced such a poor level of customer service and professionalism. Every one that works here seem to be elementary school drop outs as they lack basic math and communication skills. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will NEVER use their services again. It's a real hole in the wall, bootlegged operation run by a bunch of idiots who lack tact and decorum. Stay far away from this place as you may loose a few braincells dealing with these fools. By the way I only gave one star as this system wouldn't allow me to post without providing at least one, otherwise....ZERO!!!!

scheduled two barrels for pickup on two different occasions, said they were on their way,came the day after.....twice!! I even called to confirm the schedule and they replied "yes we are on our way" but same outcome..........so unprofessional

They charge $20 to wrap your box but when it gets to where it's going three is no plastic around your box .star Caribbean what happens to my money you'll making people believe you'll telling pay
