I ordered my whole kitchen from Larry from the cupboards to the countertop and sink everything was beautiful I was pleased with everything i was extremely happy with what I ordered my kitchen is the envy of my friends I recommend all my friends to him the prices was reasonable for me because what I was getting from other places was unreasonable I will shop there again Larry always worked around my schedule nothing is perfect things happen but at the end of the day thumbs up

Larry Francis of Taylor Made Custom Plus Kitchen & Bath is not an honest business person. I met with Larry on 12/3/16 to purchase cabinets, counter Tops and a kitchen sink. He quoted me a price and I paid half on 12/3/16. He assured me that the order would be completed on 12/15/16. The cabinets arrived after 12/15/16 and was the wrong color. He apologized and I accepted the incorrect cabinet because of the time frame. (So close to Christmas). I gave Larry Francis requested another payment and I provided the 2nd payment. Each time he assures me the order is will be delivered on a specific date turns out to be a lie. I've stayed home on several occasion because I was promised the delivery. This man cannot be trusted. The Granite counter tops was never received. Today is January 17th 2017 and I still have not received the counter tops and the sink I ordered. I'm spending an average on $50 per day on food because I'm unable to use my kitchen. I've file a complaint with the BBB. Next step is court. My Kitchen is still incomplete.
