Governor Sproul Apartments

Horrible! Worst place I have ever lived! Staff is really horrible to tenants and rules with an iron fist if you make a complaint. However, children are allowed to play in courtyard all hours of the morning, noon and night disturbing tenants by playing softball and other games. They are allowed to charge around on their bikes on the property and in the inside of the building! Windows on some units have been broken by their balls, cars scratched and dented from their balls, yet the management does nothing to fix the situation and will evict you if you complain. Also, the units are very noisy with very thin walls, outdated looking with old, ugly appliances that often break down. Shopping carts are left all over property by tenants yet again, management does nothing to stop this practice. The management does nothing about any problems and allows these children to destroy other tenant's property. Basically, the trouble makers rule at Governor Sproul. If you are a quiet tenant and you attempt to complain about the children causing damage/noise or you ask them to make repairs too often, they'll evict you. Also, the hallways of the buildings are very dingy looking, as there are holes all over the carpeting, along with skid marks from the kids bikes! The parking is really far from 75% of the units, so you have to haul your groceries over an entire courtyard to bring groceries into your unit. This place is so awful and depressing on so many levels! Do not make the same mistake I made. DO NOT rent at Governor Sproul under any circumstance.
