        Great front desk staff Haven't...

        Great front desk staff Haven't stayed here yet but if the front desk staffer (Jack) that answered the phone is any indication of this property I know I won't be dissapointed. I called to check rates because & jack was helpful, courteous, and professional. He was able to give me information about what was going on in Cleveland/Brunswick during my stay and he did all of this while training a new employee at midnight! Well done Jack, I look forward to staying at this property this summer
