I have worked at the window part of the plant for 3 years. the lead people they have yells at the workers. when we tell the supers about it nothing gets done. they talk to much of us like we are stupid. i haven't seen a supervisor on the floor for 2wks. they just let the leads have all the control. if the leads don't like you they will lie to the supers just to get you in trouble #MELISSA L thank yuo but i dont want to get everybody in troubla not all lead people are like that i was sitting in breakroom and a white man lead people came in and he saw i was mad he asked me whats wrong and i told him he told me who to talk to he was nice guy i didnt ask his name but i saw he walk to the back of plant he had blue worker hat on sorry my english is no good people like gives me hope

#Ben A if that's what is going on you can go above the chain of command and to the oasha if the employers are mistreating other try to record them exposure is hell.
