This was the worse experience with a grooming salon ever!!! I call to see if my dog could get a bath only and was told he could. As soon as we got to the salon the floor was covered with many dogs hair and only one dog on a table, why wasn't someone cleaning the floor? I was told it would take a while, he was dropped off at 2:00. The groomer said it would take sometime, at 6:30 we got our dog back after only having a bath!!! She said there were 30 dogs in for grooming that day. Had I been told that to begin with I would have brought him in another day!!! Everyone from groomer to cashier made excuses!!! Never going back to shop or groom!!!
