Burger King

Disgusted with the service. The "MANAGER" or assistant manager Danielle shouldnt even have a job. She got mad because I had 3 coupons (said I can only use 2). Long story short wouldn't let anyone take my order after I already started to pay for it. Literally threw my money back at me after taking it from her employee, I'm sure coorporate can look at the video. There's more to the story but I went to a different bk & they said it was a minimum of THREE coupons & took my order with no problem.

This is the crappiest Burger king I've ever been to . The workers are very rude, even the manager. They are very unorganized ,always messing up orders and very slow .I understand when it looks like they may have call ins or not a lot of ppl working there but no reason to be so rude to the customers. Was in there on 4/29/12 @ 6:15 , had to go in because the drive -thru was closed for some reason. Waited 20 min for our order then my son wanted a Whopper Jr. well the order was all messed up charged him for a Whopper and a Whopper Jr. meal.When I went back up there to fix the order the girl at the register said you'll just have to wait w/ attitude . Yelled back to another girl to come fix problem ,took three more customers in line meanwhile three other ppl were up at the register because they messed up their orders as well, and when the girl finally came out of the back 15 min later, after throwing things around in the back She had the worst attitude, I've ever seen and she was the manager. Wow, my 8yr. old son was standing next to me i told him don't ever have attitude like that when you get a job, that is the wrong way to talk to and treat customers! Then they made me wait 5 more mins for the Whopper Jr. i had to tell them just give a reg. one and i would take the onions and tomatoes off myself! Wow the worst B. K .I've EVER been too!!!!!!! I give this place a big 0

what can i say this place sucks. last time i was in there this girl with glasses and short hair was rude as hell to me. there were flies buzzing around the cooking area and my order was cold. never again.
