FDA Logistics

There seems to be a repeating pattern......i tooted at a driver that was close as he turned. He put the truck in park to MF me and another parked car. I, however, was unable to get the tag no. However, in calling the company they said would look into it.....if they could figure out who it was.......thought all logistic trucks have GPS.......hello??????????? it would seem like the same person as all the stories ring the same theme!

Like the other reviewer, I have never dealt with the business for trucking, but have also had interactions with a rude, aggressive driver. This took place on March 28, 2013 a little after 8:00 A.M.

Making a right turn from two lanes to three lanes on Genesee St at the airport, there is often confusion about who can take the middle lane. I moved into the middle lane on the turn, with the truck in the right lane. He began drifting into the middle lane, so I tooted my horn to let him know I was there. He continued to move into my lane, so I honked a little longer to get his attention. There was a car in the left lane at this point, so I could not immediately move over. I did so after the car passed me. Keep in mind, this was just the truck, with no trailer so I should not have been in any blind spot of his. After my second, and longer honking, he laid on his horn, with many long blasts. I passed him and moved back into the middle lane. He moved to the right lane, so he could pull up beside me at the next red light. He rolled down his window and began yelling at me. As it is winter in Buffalo, I had my windows up and my radio on, so did not hear what he yelled, but I could hear his voice. He drove aggressively and intimidatingly through the next few lights. I took down his plate, because I was concerned just what he might do: 12647 TC.

I have never worked with FDA Logistics personally, but experienced a very dangerous and rude truck driver on Friday, June 11th at 4:00pm on Rte 400N. He was riding so close to the back of me, I could hardly see his front window. I was driving the 65 MPH limit in the right hand lane and was held to that limit because there was another car in front of me. He started honking his horn at me and seemingly becoming closer and closer. He then quickly veered to the left lane and drove by me with his middle finger up. I had done nothing but drive the appropriate speed limit in the right hand lane and I have no idea what made him so angry. The # on the back of the truck was 53-102-SD-007. License # 2953-C5. I certainly hope that this is dealt with - he seriously could have killed someone if I had to slow down at all. And, I hope your company encourages more respect than that.
