        Very UNPROFESSIONAL, I was told they would buy my father in law's old guns. I purposely called there with a list of the guns I had. The jackass ROB told me to just bring them in without hearing the list. After travelling an hour to get to the DUMP of a store, I was told thanks but no thanks. If he would have taken time to listen to the list I had I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas. Thanks JACKASS. I would never, and will never go there for anything and would not recommend anyone to go there. They're only looking to make a buck.

        I agree with the previous review. When I stopped in to find out about classes and permits, etc. they were very rude. Now that I have my permit and am ready to purchase and take instructions, I will NOT go here.

        Bad place to buy or even shop. Rude & condescending staff will make you feel like an inconvenience. Forget about purchasing here. If you have a problem, you will NOT be able to resolve the issue, as customer service is NOT a word in their vocabulary. Returns not welcome! If you have a mechanical problem with a new purchase, count on being ignored and hung up on for many months, as they take your new purchase to the gun smith and blow you off indefinitely. Management supports this attitude with all staff, so they are only worse.
