Little Caesars

Yes I was at little Caesars waiting for my pizza. There was already a gentleman standing there I assume waiting for his food. Another young lady came in and started talking and laughing to your manager Emily about non related to ordering food (basically gossiping) the young woman turned to the gentleman and started threatening him and then did to her in return. A lot of threatening yelling and swearing took place from both parties. The girls boyfriend then got involved saying he was going to drop the kids off then coming back to fight. After the young lady left with her boyfriend the gentleman then got on his phone. After about 10 minutes of yelling he asked Emily for his food. She then began to argue with him saying he didn't order food to get out or she's calling the cops. He then got angry with her (understandable considering she took the order and only him and I were in the store) saying he wants his food so he can go before the other 2 individuals came back to fight. I do not agree with any of the yelling screaming or threats that came from both parties but it was very clear to see that they were friends and to conduct yourself the way she did being a store manager is absolutely disgusting. To be quit honest the I used to eat little ceasars all the time with my family. But over the last few months I've been going elsewhere due to the professionalism that is conducted in that particular establishment. There's constant DRAMA. I've heard employees talk about one another, I heard profanity every time I'm in there, I get ignored at the counter numerous times because they are on the phone, and much more. As of today I sadly regret to say that I will never spend another penny nor step foot at this location due to I'm in fear of being there at the wrong time possibly with my children and I might get hurt. Its a shame that this store has gotten this bad.
