Sinatra's Restaurant

Worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. My first time there I asked the owner for a menu and he gave me a look as though he couldn't be bothered. He had to actually get off his bar stool, totally unprofessional. Second time was tonight when I stopped in for a drink. Bartender poured me a 3/4 shot of scotch and walked away. Weakest drink I ever had at a restaurant. He wasn't busy, introduce himself or make me feel welcome. Nowhere near as classy as Oliver's or Club 31. Won't be back there again! PS I did not eat so I can not say anything about the food or food service.
