Panera Bread

I went for lunch with my friends and I ordered potatoe soup and as I was half way through I found a piece of plastic.i did not see any manager so I took my plate to the counter and showed them what I found.all they had to say was they were sorry.

People should not go into this panera expecting the usual great panera food or great panera service. I have given them 3 opportunities at the drive through and have been disappointed twice. I called the manager and was told to come in with my name and they would replace my sandwich. I came in and was told that it is not their policy and I needed the name of the manager I spoke with or the receipt. I was told that too many people are fake customers and that they had replaced my sandwhich already. Basically argued. What happened to serving the customer. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this panera.

i love Panera but this location is new and has new store issues. I went through the drive through big mistake. The order was wrong and packaged badly. Our bread was burnt and the soda was nothing more then carbonated water. I ordered a large soup and received a cup. Also the sandwich was wrapped badly and fell out the bag onto the floor of the car. We took that back in but the other mistakes went noticed until we got home. Do yourself a favor only go through the drive through for small orders. They need more time to provide us with better service.
