I was very happy with the selection of handbags available. The fitting room attendant was extremely helpful and so was another sales associate working near the entrance area. I think it would be extremely beneficial for the location to train the cashier manager to admit her mistakes. She entered my transaction in as $4.19 instead of $41.90 and when she asked for another form of payment because my card was declined, I simply told her that she had only cleared me for $4.19 and there was nothing wrong with my card, that she should enter the remaining balance. This woman then became a "red" faced and then went on to say that she did not enter it, that was all that was on my card. When I asked re-swped the same card and it was approved, not only did she not apologize, she did not say thank you when ending my transaction. Needless to say I will not purchase another item from that location.
