E & E Tire

Keep this short. My daughter brought her car in to have snow tires mounted and we found out that they are not the right size for her car. I had bought them last year for her, had them mounted and then taken off after winter no one here in NJ even noticed.

Dennis put them on but basically told her it is dangerous as they are too tall and is going to swap them for another set later this week. He has been truly concerned about her safety and knows how important that is to me as her Dad. So kudos to Dennis and my daughter is looking forward to going back to have the correct size tires put on her car.

Too bad I live in NJ or I would get every tire for all my other cars from Dennis.

I went in last weekend for a snow tire changeover. Brett identified pretty major damage to my 2 year-old all-season tires. I'm grateful he identified this, and was surprised to learn that other customers get upset when he tells them their tires are too damaged to put back on. I consider this a huge public safety service! I'm seeking a warranty replacement through the manufacturer, but next year I'll be back to E&E for my seasonal changeovers.

This is business is usually busy for a reason. They do great work. Been here a few times and they get the job done quickly and more importantly right. I asked for some tires to be put on. They took the old tires off before realizing the new set I brought in were the wrong size. I assumed Id have to pay something because it was my mistake but they didn't charge me anything. Another time my fiancé had to bring my car in for me and they took care of her without taking advantage. This is my go to automotive shop. Thanks to everyone at E & E.

brought my tire here to be fixed that had a screw in it and it was fixed in about 20 minutes, without an appointment for the cost of $25. The waiting area is pretty basic, but had a tv with cable, the daily copy of the Free press to read while waiting, and if you have a Comcast Xfinity wifi login, free Wifi.

This is THE place to get a tire patched the right way. They dismount the tire, turn it inside out, and patch it FROM THE INSIDE. Most shops use a "gummy worm" patch from the outside which is not as durable and could void the tire's warranty. The place to go for tire service while you wait.
