        Called to get early morning appt. for septic issue, showed up promptly the next morning. They came on 5/20 and my septic has been working properly since they pumped, came back same day and jetted the line, see you in two years for regular maintenance PATS(hopefully if nothing goes wrong......)

        County says I need to pump out my mound septic tanks. Had appointment for between 1 and 4 pm. (as bad as the cable company). I leave work early and wait. 4pm comes and goes so I call them. They say their honey wagon driver came at 12:15pm. I then take a closer look and see that one of my submerged tank covers is still buried. There is no way he opened that tank cover and pumped it out.
