Please do not ever engage this organization to provide hospice care for your loved one. They do not carry through with promises for care. They do not ever provide physicians services, and management does not EVER accept responsibility for mismanagement. My father was very ill, and the Assisted Living called them requesting a nurse. The Butler office, headed by Jane, sent an aid. Then she said that they would send an xray machine that night for my Dad. I called the next morning, and by 2:00 pm, still no xray machine. I sent my Dad to the nearest ER (something I was told I would never have to do while he was in hospice because they could care for him--all lies). By this time, he was basically unresponsive. He never did recover. He passed away after a month of hospitalization, nursing home care, and eventually the care of a real hospice organization. Don't buy into their placating niceties. They only care about the bottom line. Your loved one is just a dollar sign--nothing more.
