One person at our table was not satisfied with his prime rib, the prime rib had been put on a flat top or in a salamander and the faces were crisp this is not how you serve prime rib, the manager was very unprofessional and handling the situation only offered to take off the one meal and no discount on everything else even though we had to sit there for an extra half-hour so they could get their food which made the whole dining experience a bad time. That was the second time we've had bad service at this same O'Charley's in Camby Indiana and we will not be going back hopefully we can find another one that gives better service.
list our order in the kitchen. waited to get our drinks refilled. manager came by table bur never apologized. never even took anything off ticket. paid $40 for salad and burnt steak.
