        Overall

        These people are.currently doing work in our home !!! We are being ripped off and threatened they will walk off the job .. they have left and not been here in 2 days but have much equipment here..... what do I do ?

        The Kriugmans leased a house from us on 9/1/2016. they were to repair the flooring and a couple of other minor items as part of the deal. I received a call from a neighbor to say the house was wide open with broken windows and no one appeared to be living in it. The kitchen floor was torn up and in an awful state. Apparently the house has been vandalized. They will not return my calls nor have they paid their portion of the rent.
        they are obviously scam artist.

        Overall

        Before using Ageless Restoration, Inc for repairs. See BBB case # 34043541. They are not BBB accredited.The entire roof is seeping water and molding. It is about six months old and being reroofed this week.
