Building Blocks Early Education Centers

A child spit in my son's face and choked him and I was informed of this the next day by other children in the class. When I asked the front desk about the incident the reply was "who told you about that?" They had a written report of the incident and had decided I didn't need to know about it. They told me it had been handled and would call me later after they discussed it with the director. When I brought my child in at 9:31 and they refused to take him because I was one minute late, I put in my withdraw notice. I still had to pay for the day and a babysitter on top of that just as all parents still had to pay when they closed the school due to a chance of snow. A flake did not fall, that day, that evening or the next day. I don't recommend this center if you ever run the risk of walking in a minute late, or have a job that doesn't close at the off chance of snow. I also was surprised they didn't teach letters or numbers to 5 year olds. I was told that was a kindergarten "thing."

Even though the facility is beautiful, and features impressive learning centers and equipment, attendance was an extremely unfortunate and negative experience for my child.
