I have bought a lot of equipment from them and they do all of the routine neck/ bridge adjustments for all of my instruments and there are a lot of them. Great people to do business with.

I've been a loyal customer with Guitar Gallery for over 8 years now. I took some lessons there when I moved to the South Hills and have been a regular ever since. Have bought various guitars and amps, including two Gibson custom shop guitars. Their prices have always been more than fair, and their regular prices are consistently better than the "sales" at other big box stores that shall remain unnamed. But just as important, Vic, Tim and the rest of the staff know their products and will give you honest opinions. Plus, they are down to earth normal guys who are also musicians themselves. If you are in the market for a new guitar or amp, I highly recommend that you at least stop by and talk to them.

This is the best place around for buying quality guitars and basses and drums. I have been buying my instruments from Vic in Tim for the past 25 years and it had absolutely nothing but top quality instruments. The service department is nothing but top notch and the sales staff are courteous knowledgeable and all around nice people. I had over 30 bass guitars I have been buying my instruments from nick in tim for the past 25 years and it has absolutely nothing but call quality instruments. The service department is nothing but of march in the sales dash are courteous knowledgeable in all around my speech. I own over 30 bass guitars and 25 of them came from the store . I have no these guys and have been dealing with them for the past 25 years and in my honest opinion this is the best place to go. I have been to guitar Center and would more than likely never buy anything there because of the quality. I highly recommend the guitar gallery for anything that you may need in your musical field Thank You Vic and Tim I will continue to shop there as long as I am a musician

If you have been thinking about shopping, don't.
Everything in this store is overpriced, amps, guitars, cables, pedals. Everything.
Also I have never felt like my business is apricated. The guys who work here are all old and don't really know anything other than classic rock music and Gibson guitars.
If you're an older guy who loves zeppline you'll most likely fit in great if you're in you're early 20's I doubt they will talk to you.
You'll also be underwhelmed of the drums part of the store.
Also the sign says they buy and sell guitars but they don't buy guitars almost ever unless you have a vintage Gibson or Fender I doubt they will ever touch it.
DO NOT GET YOUR GUITAR RESTRUNG HERE
Even if you decided I'm wrong about everything I'm right about this I've been shopping here for 4 years now and Everytime I have gotten a guitar restrung I've had nothing but issues.
First time I got it done when I got my guitar back it had a 6 inch gash going across the back so deep it went into the wood they claimed it was there when they got it. Sadly I didn't have a photo of the back of the guitar to prove that it was in new condition before I took it there. Also the restring cost $35 I even broght my own strings. It was a string through as well not even a Floyd floating bridge .
Next time I took a guitar down there they never called me to tell me it was done and they said "Sorry forgot." Also charged me $40 for the restring but it was a floating bridge.
The most recent issue I have has was just today.
I took my Jackson down and had my own strings I also took pics or the whole guitar before going this time just incase. Two weeks and a day later they finally call me telling me they just got it done. This time it's $50 for the restring. I had brought my own strings! $50 for what? You holding my guitar for over two weeks and putting my strings on it? Just no when I go to pick it up I'm going to throw and bloody fit.
Just go to guitar center at least the people there act like professionals.
I would also like my rating to be -5 stars but the lowest is 1 so that's the best I can do.
