Macedonia Elementary School is a part of the Cherokee County School District, which operates over 30 elementary, middle and high schools. The school provides educational services to students in kindergarten through grade five. It offers accelerated reader and English for Speakers of Other Languages programs. Its general academic curriculum includes reading, writing, math, science and social studies. Macedonia Elementary School provides special education to gifted and talented students.
