        I just had the worst customer ...

        I just had the worst customer service experience EVER, if that's what you even want to call it! One of the owners had the nerve to call me inconsiderate, when I decided not to go with their company. RUDE! He said he lost out on another wedding because of me, but I hadn't even booked them! And in his words "My policy is to not book a date until I receive a holding deposit and signed Rental Contract." He received neither from me, so how can he call me inconsiderate!?



        I am SO happy I did not end up going with this company. Maybe he should stick to his old job in the automotive industry.



        I really want to rate them a 0!
