I'm not sure if this is the headquarters. How ever: It appears: The Fed Ex in Huntington Beach Calif. 15951 Golden West St. Huntington Beach Calif. Has had the very same homeless vagrant sleeping in the parking lot for five or more years. The vagrant even is allowed to sleep behind Fed Ex. The subject go's by the name : Bob. He is not a employee. He is not a guard. This bad conduct intrigues other vagrants to sleep in the parking lot. Making the parking lot a very unsafe environment at night. Some of the at will employees leave the bathroom open and unlocked. The bathroom is suppose to be closed and locked at: 11:00 P.M. On one occasion: A new at will employee opened the employee only bathroom for the homeless vagrant. Calif. plate : Surf. Next: Issue: Some of the new at will employees don't properly refer to male customers as: Sir. They insist on using high school talk. Such as the male Hispanic adult. Then another new employee with a beard. Why is it so hard to speak to customers with respect and dignity. All male customers should be referred to as : Sir. Also female customers should be referred to as : Miss. Madam or maim, makes women feel old. Why isn't ethics and respect part of protocol in training ? Bad customer service. Treat people like you want to be treated.
