Legends Pointe Apts

Last year, we had staff here one day a week and maintenance calls were handled in a few days. NOW? We called in about a malfunctioning air conditioner for a resident with a terminal lung issue 5 days ago and no one has called or shown up. The same residents bathroom light switch has malfunctioned and will not turn off. It has been two weeks and the lighti is still on. There is a pool listed in the amenities of this property, but they will not call anyone back to set up removal of the pool cover and the required daily maintenance.

Still no pool, 😥. Lmao, the maintenance issues have been 'taken care of'. Apartment still smells like urine when we turn the air on, and the bathroom light turns off and on, but now the exhaust fan will only turn on when the light is on. SMH
