Urology One Inc

After a vasectomy reversal done by Urology One, Inc, we were able to conceive our two little boys. We were given the facts-straight up, which I greatly appreciated. I was thrilled with the outcome, but was also very happy about how we were treated throughout the whole process.

Not sure if it was an off day. Only there once for an exam which was done by an RN and not the doctor. Note the RN is not even listed on my provider list but this is how Mercy rolls. Ended up inconclusive and was referred to another MD who figured out I had an inguinal hernia that required operation. Next appointment for my prostrate, ran a little late (25 minutes work day). Waiting room was empty but "I had to reschedule anyway". Go figure it was an RN again!! Yeah right, and if the waiting room was full I would have waited over 25 minutes to be seen. Total BS. If they cannot accomodate their customers with real service I will take my business elsewhere, advise my insurance company and others in my work place with the same insurance to find another option before selecting these guys.

The doctors at the practice are top notch!! they found my cancer and took care of me right away! they are the best around!
